Our instructors are high school students passionate for STEM. We are actively involved in our areas of interest, pursuing programming, science fairs, robotics, engineering, CAD, and other STEM activities. We bring experience, a peer-friendly teaching style, and a strong sense of how to explain ideas in plain language so that they can be understood by our students.
We keep sessions practical and hands-on so students can build confidence quickly. At STEMGrow, we collaborate on lesson prep, support each other during teaching, and keep the program grounded in real student experience.
